Start: cross at the village square of Wagerberg – straight ahead towards forest – then turn right – along the forest track – turn left after ca. 2,300m towards Oberlimbach – straight ahead to the village square of Oberlimbach – then turn left – follow the gently inclined street towards Wagerberg – turn left near the place-name sign of Wagerberg – straight ahead until you reach your starting point at the cross at the village square of Wagerberg
This gently inclined jogging trail is a circuit of 6,000 metres and provides the jogger with a variety of motivating advices, such as breathe easily, check your pulse, think positively, etc. Running this circuit inactivates stress hormones and increases the fat burn. Added to this, especially for ambitious runners it can be regarded as a regeneration unit after undergoing a strenuous training session.

Start: cross at village square of Wagerberg – straight ahead towards forest – then turn right – along the forest track towards Unterlimbach – turn right at the parish hall to the village square of Unterlimbach – turn left towards the entrance to the forest – at the forest en-trance turn left and then straight ahead – turn left at the marker “4,700m” – turn right at the marker “5,100m” towards Oberlimbach until you reach the village square of Oberlimbach – turn right and follow the gently inclined street towards Wagerberg – turn left near the place-name sign of Wagerberg – straight ahead until you reach your starting point at the cross at the village square of Wagerberg
This circuit of 8,700 metres will help you to enhance your speediness and muscular endur-ance in running. To improve your physical and mental hardiness we highly recommend to you to train powerful sprints and, hence, marked a distance of 300 metres and 1,000 metres on this trail. Naturally, however, you may enjoy the nature optimally by simply jogging this circuit.

Start: Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf – uphill – turn right after 100m – then straight ahead towards campsite – traverse the railroad crossing and then turn right immediately and you reach the Sportplatzstrasse towards leisure centre – follow the street until you reach its end – again traverse the railroad crossing and then again turn right immediately and you reach the Siegersbrunnstrasse – turn left at the end of this street – follow the gently inclined street and turn right downhill at the marker “2,900m” until you reach your starting point at Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf
Periodical running, which has no negative impact on joints and fibres, has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, the body’s defences, and the state of health in general. Added to this it increases the fat burn and precludes postural deformity. Therefore, we provide a specific training for the musculoskeletal system with a great variety of supportive exercises which assist you in increasing the efficiency of your running style. We would like to advise you to do these supportive, but strenuous exercises for max. 30 seconds and subsequently continue with jogging.

Start: entrance to the golf course – turn left after 200m – then straight ahead and leave the golf course is on your left side – turn left at the marker “2,100m” into Höhenstrasse of Leit-ersdorfberg – after 300m turn right into the gravel path towards forest – follow this path until you reach the marker “6,300m” – turn right and follow the side street (cycle path R33) of the motorway – at the marker “6,800m” turn right towards Leitersdorfbergstrasse and then turn left into the Leitersdorferstrasse at the marker “7,600m” – follow this street until you reach your starting point at the entrance to the golf course
This running track of 8,500 metres leads the athlete on forest tracks, gravel paths and sand ground through the undulating landscape of Bad Waltersdorf.
This circuit certainly increases your endurance due to the fact that this gently inclined trail challenges competitive athletes as well as pleasure runners. Depending of the level of your physical fitness this track may be run several times.
